Depolarizing America: Let’s Talk To Each Other!
Political and social issues are important to us all and offer an opportunity to learn and grow with one another. No matter our beliefs about a single issue, we can have civil discourse and an honest and respectful exchange of ideas.
What do we do?
The Rossmoor Braver Angels Club holds monthly meetings to discuss, appreciate, and understand the political and social diversity present in our community. We actively work to bridge the political divide with strong representation of red-leaning, blue-leaning, and independent members. We host workshops, conversations, events, and more, to meet our other goals. Every event is open to all residents of Rossmoor and guests.

Conversations
Most Braver Angels Club meetings consist of a presentation on a topical subject with background information and questions for small-group discussions.

Workshops
We host workshops developed and presented by the National Braver Angels organization, such as Skills for Bridging the Divide.

Movies
We screen movies in Peacock Hall that exemplify our tenets and promote the goal of depolarization.

Panel Discussions
Evenly balanced Blue/Red guest speakers or Rossmoor residents present their points of view on a specific topic followed by Q & A.
